Abstract: The influence of electric field on the evaporation/boiling heat transfer characteristic for an evaporator with rectangular micro-channels was experimentally investigated. R141b was used as the working fluid. The cylindrical electrode was used to produce electric field. The experimental result indicates that heat transfer enhancement is strongly dependent on the electric field strength. The heat transfer enhancement increase with the increase of the electric field strength. Furthermore, operating pressure has a strong influence on the evaporation/boiling heat transfer enhancement when the electric field strength keeps constant. The maximum enhancement of heat transfer coefficient is 1.28 times.

摘要： 该实验以R141b作为工质，采用圆柱形电极，在不同运行压力条件下，实验研究了电场强度对微槽道结构换热表面蒸发/沸腾传热特性的影响。实验结果表明：随着电场强度的增加，传热强化效果越明显；运行压力对强化换热的效果具有重要的影响，在施加相同电场强度的条件下，不同运行压力的强化传热效果明显不同，传热系数最大可强化为未施加电场条件下传热系数的1.28倍。
