紫铜纤维毡水平表面的池沸腾换热性能

摘要:

研究了浸没在去离子水中不同孔隙率和不同纤维直径的烧结紫铜纤维毡水平表面的池沸腾换热性能,采用高速摄像机对试件表面气泡的生长和脱离过程进行可视化研究。结果表明:纤维直径相同时,沸腾表面气泡的脱离直径随着孔隙率的增加而降低;对于不同直径的纤维毡试件,沸腾传热系数随孔隙率的变化规律不同,孔隙率对沸腾换热的影响是汽化核心密度和中流量孔径共同作用的结果。

Abstract:

The pool boiling heat transfer performance on horizontal surface sintered with copper fiber felt was investigated with deionized water as working fluid at atmospheric pressure.The copper fiber feltwhich has four kinds of porosity0.60.70.8 and 0.9for a given fiber diameter50 μm and 160 μm),is proposed to provide artificial nucleate sites to improve the heat transfer performance of pool boiling.High speed camera was employed to record the evolution of the pool boiling process on the heating surface.For fiber felt with a given fiber diameterit is observed that the bubble departing diameter decreased as the increasing of porosity.However纤维毡, 池沸腾, 强化换热, 孔隙率
