对流换热条件下内外翅片管应力分析

摘要:

采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对内外翅片管在不同工况下的高温应力场进行了分析。结果表明,温度载荷所产生的热应力是应力的主要部分,最大应力发生在内翅片与换热管焊接处;内侧压力载荷对热应力具有增强作用,而外侧压力载荷对热应力具有削弱作用;温度载荷是引起热变形的主要因素。

Abstract:

The heat exchange tube with inner and outer fins has been widely applied in industry in order to enhance the performance of heat exchangers.When it is used in high temperature environment, the security must be considered.A three-dimension model was established to simulate the thermal stress by software ANSYS.The results indicated that the main factor, which had effect on the stress and deformation, was temperature and the maximum stress occurred at the joint location between inner fins and tubes.The inner pressure distribution of tube could enhance the effect of stress.On the contrary, the outer could weaken the effect.
