Abstract: The enzymes in organic solvents can catalyze reactions impossible in water. These reaCtions are more and more widely used to prepare compounds difficult to be obtained by conventional methods. In this paper, the affecting factor and improvement of activity, enantioselectivity and stability of enzymes in organic solvents are reviewed.

摘要: 有机相中的酶能催化许多在水中不能发生的反应,这些反应正越来越多地用于制备其它方法难于获得的化合物,如手性化合物。本文综述了有机相中酶的活性、对映体选择性和稳定性的影响因素与可能的改进方法。
