一株芽孢杆菌的分子鉴定及初步应用条件探究

Abstract: Ethyl chloride is an important intermediate of pesticide.It is widely used to produce organic phosphorus pesticide with high effect and low toxicity.Toxic wastewater produced in the manufacture process contains high values of chemical oxygen demand, total phosphorus, and sulfur ion.A bacterial strain SCUN which could aerobically degrade ethyl chloride wastewater was isolated from the natural water body near the wastewater discharge facility.This strain was identified as Bacillus sp.SCUN.based on its morphological observation and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.Both indole and hydrogen sulfide were not detected in the experiments of IMViC.Salt tolerance of the microorganism could reach 7%.The condition for its industrial application was discussed.It was found that at pH value of 7.0, immobilized microorganism ratio of 5%, temperature of 30℃, the microorganism showed the best growth for biodegradation.With a newly developed ternary cycle treatment, the COD removal rate approached 58.3%.
