建井冻结低温溶液优化配比特性

摘要:

在矿井建井冻结系统中,低温氯化钙水溶液作为载冷剂,参与土壤冻结的热量交换,为了提高其热力性能和冻结效率,进行了低温盐水添加有机溶剂的优化配比实验研究,获得了更具优越性能的混合溶液载冷剂。实验结果显示,经过优化配比实验研究生成的混合载冷剂具有密度低、凝结温度更低(-35-45℃),且低温状态下的流动性能好,载冷量大的性能,是建井冻结系统中更理想的载冷剂。

Abstract:

Low-temperature calcium chloride is widely used as the refrigerant medium in freezing construction technology to participate in the process of heat exchange with soil in freezing project.This article introduces an experimental study of obtaining a mixed solution refrigerant with more superior performance by adding certain alcohol organic solvents into the low-temperature brine.Experimental results show that the optimally mixed refrigerant medium brine has lower condensation temperature-35-45℃),low densityalso has better flow characteristics and carrying capacity in low temperaturewhich is a perfect refrigerant in freezing construction technology.
